1. Definitions

In these Terms of Service:

• "We," "us," "our," and "Filmirisos" refer to Filmirisos, a company registered in Denmark.
• "You," "your," and "customer" refer to the person or entity accessing our website or booking our services.
• "Website" refers to www.filmirisos.com and all content, services, and products available through the domain.
• "Services" refers to guided bicycle tours, bicycle rentals, and related services provided by Filmirisos.
• "Booking" refers to the reservation of any Filmirisos services.

2. Website Use

2.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.

2.2 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Filmirisos or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

2.3 User Accounts

Some parts of our website may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

When you book a tour with us, you are entering into a contract for the provision of the specified services. Your booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation email and receive your payment.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payments can be made via the methods specified on our website. For day tours, full payment is required at the time of booking. For multi-day tours, a deposit may be required at booking, with the balance due 30 days before the tour start date.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

For day tours:

• More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund

For multi-day tours:

• More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus deposit
• 15-30 days before the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Filmirisos

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unsafe weather conditions, insufficient participants, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule for another date

4.3 Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour routes, itineraries, or included services if necessary due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide alternatives of equivalent value where possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Health and Fitness

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit and capable of participating in the bicycle tour you have booked. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult your doctor before booking.

5.2 Equipment and Safety

While we provide bicycles and basic safety equipment, you are responsible for:

• Following all safety instructions provided by your guide
• Properly using all provided equipment
• Wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for cycling
• Complying with all local traffic laws and regulations

5.3 Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour. We recommend not bringing valuables on the tour. Filmirisos cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal items.

5.4 Behavior

You agree to behave respectfully toward other participants, guides, and the general public during the tour. We reserve the right to terminate your participation without refund if your behavior endangers others, violates laws, or is disruptive to the tour experience.

5.5 Travel Documents

For international visitors, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate visas, permits, and identification needed for travel in Denmark.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Our Liability

We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of our customers. However, cycling activities involve inherent risks. We are liable for personal injury or death only if caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from your failure to follow safety instructions
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Delays or tour modifications due to weather or other conditions beyond our control
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

6.2 Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate travel and accident insurance coverage for the duration of their tour. This should include coverage for bicycle touring activities.

7. Consent for Photography

During tours, our guides may take photographs or videos that include tour participants. By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to use such images in our promotional materials, website, and social media channels.

If you do not wish to be photographed or have your image used, please inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
