Our Story

Filmirisos was founded in 2015 by Anders Nielsen and Mette Pedersen, two Copenhagen natives with a shared passion for cycling and Danish culture. After years of working in the tourism industry, they noticed a gap in the market for authentic, immersive cycling experiences that showcased the true spirit of Denmark.

What began as a small operation with just two guides and a handful of routes has grown into one of Denmark's premier cycling tour companies, while still maintaining our commitment to small group sizes and personalized experiences.

Our founding philosophy was simple: create bike tours that we ourselves would want to take. This means authentic cultural experiences, scenic routes that locals love, knowledgeable guides who share genuine insights, and the perfect balance of popular landmarks and hidden gems.
